Academic Education System  
Spring Dale follows the simple policy of work as needed. Dictatorship is not the right way of teaching, rather teaching the way students want to learn is the belief of Spring Dale Senior School. Coming to the paper pattern point, Spring Dale follows the C.B.S.E pattern and plans the study schedule in a way that the student is updated and matches the key criteria laid down by C.B.S.E, which are:
  1. Life skills education
  2. Work experience
  3. Art and physical education
 
This criterion emphasizes on other skills along with basic academic knowledge. Keeping in mind all these factors we at Spring Dale came to the conclusion that Jacques Delores learning system is perfectly apt for modern students. It runs on the following model:
  • Learning to know
  • Learning to do
  • Learning to live
  • Learning to be
 
It thereby focuses on practical and in the mind knowledge rather than high cramming power. Every child is genius in his/her core area. Keeping in mind this Multiple Intelligence phenomenon, the school has included following learning structure (VARK) as its pedagogy:
  1. Visual learning
  2. Auditory learning
  3. Read/Write
  4. Kinaesthetic
Through this we have emerged with a Comprehensive Learning and Evaluating System.
Also Spring Dale has formulated an Emergent Curriculum that focuses on the needs and interests of students and is formed by the ideas of parents, teachers as well as the society.
