Ms. Balvinder Sandhu, presently a facilitator, is a senior teacher, who has been associated with the Spring Dale Senior School for past 25 years. With B.A., Bed degrees in hand, her total teaching experience spans more than 30 years as besides Spring Dales she has taught for at least seven years in other institutions.
She worked at St Mary’s Guwahati for one year, where she trained fresher nuns. Apart from this, she was a teacher at Government Girls Senior Secondary School Mall Road (ad hoc basis) and a private school for underprivileged children in Chogawan Tehsil Ajnala, before joining Spring Dale Senior School.
She has worked in the school in various academic and administrative areas. Her desire for excellence in teaching inspired Ms Sandhu to attend various ELT workshops in Delhi, Chandigarh, Jalandhar and Jaipur, besides a workshop on Multiple Intelligences and Educational Excellence Programme and a host of other workshops held in school.
