Today’s world is that of cut-throat competition and adolescents need continuous guidance to avoid undue strain and excel in a world marked by high standards of achievement. Interactive yet informative, our counselling sessions do our students a world of good. These young hearts get an avenue to express themselves freely and values are imparted alongside. The emotional upheavals and uncertainties of adolescence along with major and minor irritants are dealt with effectively by the counsellors.

Our “Life Skills” Programme aims at imparting accurate and adequate information about the process of growing up and the pressures thereof and how to cope up with them. It deals with a wide range of issues pertaining to adolescence and helps students foster healthy relationships and play leadership roles.

We provide personal counselling for self referred, referred students and the rest of the community. These sessions:

  1. Provide social and emotional assessment to identify student needs and develop interventions and prevention programme
• Life skills education that allows them to effectively deal with different situations like conflict resolution, relationship management, stress and managing peer pressure.
• Individual and group sessions are offered to students to consult the counsellor
• Early intervention is the key aspect of our counselling programme.
