Ms. Kulwinder Kaur Bawa Ms Kulwinder Kaur Bawa is the Pre-college Facilitator of Spring Dale Senior School. Armed with B.com, M.C.B.A, B.Ed degrees, she has seven years’ teaching experience in Pre-College in Business Studies, four years’ experience as student council coordinator, two years’ experience as Spring-clubs coordinator.
An outstanding declaimer, Ms Kulwinder Kaur Bawa won the Best Speaker award in inter college declamation competition organized by Missionary Educational Society, besides winning awards for outstanding performance in Declamation in 1997, Awarded first prize in intercollegiate declamation in November 1996. She was also decorated with Saravapalli Radhakrishna Award for Excellence in 2007.
Her proclivity for excellence drove her to attend various workshops and training programmes including three-day workshop on multiple intelligences assessment by Margaret Warner, Effective teaching workshop in Business Studies organized by Ratna Sagar, two-day UGC sponsored seminar on Women and Media Organized by Department of Media Studies and Mass Communication and Journalism, besides participating in Spicmacay Winter Convention in 2004.
