Ms Vimmi Sethi is
the Editor-in-Chief of
the publications of and English
Teacher at Spring
Dale Senior School. Possessing an overall experience of 21 years
in the field of education, Ms Sethi has been associated with Spring
Dales for the last 16 years. She started her career with the school
as a PGT teacher but also worked as an English Teacher for grades 7,
8, 9 and 10. Presently she is teaching students of classes X and
XII.
A versatile teacher, her résumé speaks volumes about her exploits in
the field of education, the workshops that she has attended and the
awards conferred on her. She attended a workshop on Communicative
Approach to teaching of English language in 1993-94. Apart from
this, she has attended many ELT workshops, which have helped her
gain a lot of knowledge about methodology and techniques of language
teaching.
She has been appointed examiner many times for the evaluation of
Grad X and XII exams. She has also been appointed Head Examiner by
the CBSE thrice for these classes. Her prowess as an English teacher
has enabled her to gather several awards including the Best Teacher
Award conferred by Nishan Public School in 1996, where she worked
before joining Spring Dales, Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan Award by
Spring Dale Senior School, Best Teacher Award by Sahodaya Schools
Complex.
